  • Clare MacGregor


    I have worked in the Renewable Energy space for 19 years across finance and commercial support within organisations from Private Equity, financial modelling consultancy, to European Utilities.

    I have built transaction models for funds, investment banks and utilities. My technology focus has included onshore and offshore wind, solar, batteries for ancillary services, arbitrage and combined park optimisation, as well as power to X and hydrogen price optimisation.

    In addition to pure modelling, I have worked in regulatory affairs on market and system design, commercial negotiation, PPA and HSPA negotiation, pricing and comparison models, and I have built optimisation tools, capture price optimisation methods, and have advocated for the move to LCoE/LR ratio as the basis for design optimisation.

  • Archana Suresh


    I bring in over seven years of deal advisory experience spanning the Middle East and Indian subcontinent and my expertise lies in preparing detailed financial models and investment memoranda crucial for debt restructuring, project finance, and fundraising engagements within infrastructure, real estate, and utilities sectors.

    Having recently graduated with an MBA from Imperial College London, and a specialisation in investment analysis, I look forward to channelling my skills in financial advisory towards fostering sustainable business models and driving growth within the renewable energy sector.

  • Marco Piola


    I have over a decade of experience in finance and accounting across diverse sectors, including Deloitte, multinational corporations, venture capital, and start-ups. My recent achievement of being in the top 10% of MBA graduates from Imperial College Business School highlights my adaptability and commitment to excellence. I offer expertise in financial analysis, controls, and cross-functional leadership.

    In addition, I am dedicated to the energy transition and eager to support sustainable practices in the finance field.

  • Harrison Brook


    I have nearly a decade of experience in renewable infrastructure asset management, data analytics, and business intelligence, focusing on large-scale onshore and offshore wind portfolios, as well as solar PV and thermal assets.

    As the former Business Intelligence Lead at Schroders Greencoat, I combined my expertise in renewable asset management with advanced business intelligence skills to design and implement dashboards and analytical tools, improving operational efficiency across multiple business units.

    Holding an MSc in Ecological Economics from the University of Edinburgh, I am committed to using my skills in financial analysis, asset management, and business intelligence to support the global transition to renewable energy.

  • Fiona Clee

    I have over 15 years experience in renewable energy, including 10 years' experience in the operation and asset management of offshore wind farms working for leading global offshore wind developers on projects across Europe and the US.

    Primarily focused on commercial strategy and operational optimisation I provide insight into operational considerations at every stage of bid and project development, and operator models adopted by shareholders.

    Experienced in negotiating shareholder and development management agreements, I bring real-world experience on how partnership agreements can enhance, or hinder, renewable project development

  • Frank Elsworth

    I have worked in the utility scale renewables industry for over 18 years.

    I worked as the project manager, project sponsor and Head of Department in site finding, feasibility, development, procurement and construction phases. This involved site design, securing land agreements, grid connections, permits, procurement, QA/QC, construction management, H&S and operational readiness.

    I work with Future Alternative to support their work in Project Development, and across the delivery space.​

  • Xaviera Ringeling

    I bring  7 years of experience in ESG focussing on sustainable supply chains, biodiversity and forests.  

    I managed the Forest Scoring Cycle at CDP for three years working with large data sets to produce more than 600 individual corporate ESG scores for the financial sector yearly.  

    My sustainability consultancy  experience includes working with financial sector clients such as Scottish Widows, Standard Chartered, Zurich and Aviva to deliver training, research, reporting and risk management. My third sector clients include ShareAction, Global Canopy and Act Alliance.  

    I have a passion for legal compliance and reporting and have completed illegal deforestation EUTR investigations through desk research and fieldwork in Paraguay and Ukraine with Earthsight.  

  • Lynsey Bonsels

    I have 13 years' experience working in renewables, predominately in Offshore wind and more recently in onshore renewables, working across all phases of projects for both developers and consultancies.

    I have created some of the first operational readiness processes for handover of Offshore wind projects to Operations, whilst supporting on transactions and due diligence processes as well as managing data rooms.

    I have extensive experience on execution projects having undertaken roles within consenting, stakeholder management and Information Management.

    In this ever-changing market, I have experience working within Energy transitions, advising and implementing best practice for Information Management and project set up.

  • Jadjiga Berkani

    I bring a decade of experience in customer service, during which I also served as an assistant to various clients, addressing their diverse needs. My role took me around the world, allowing me to gain a broad perspective and a deep understanding of different cultures and client expectations. 

    With a degree in literature, I have honed my communication skills and attention to detail. After this extensive period, I transitioned into roles that combined my expertise as an assistant and a community manager, continuing to excel in providing exceptional support and fostering community engagement.

  • Allen Kayesu

    I have a strong interest in the intersection of technology and social impact—especially in data and sustainability. My international experience in Rwanda, the UAE, France, and the United States has taught me the power of cross-cultural collaboration and diverse perspectives.

    With a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics from New York University, I'm passionate about using analytics to drive sustainable decisions. I've worked with over 20 start-ups, building automated reporting and analytics systems to identify growth and solve operational challenges. My background blends data analysis with full-stack development, allowing me to transform raw data into actionable insights.

  • Victoria Preston

    Advisory Board member Victoria provides support on communications, social value, and stakeholder relations.

    With a focus on energy, natural resources, and economic development, Victoria has provided strategic communications advice to private and public sector clients in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East.

    Her specialist expertise lies in shaping communication strategy in support of core business objectives. She is an Associate Fellow at King’s Centre for Strategic Communications (KCSC). Victoria holds an MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics.

  • Benoit Lavinal

    Advisory Board member Benoit is Corio’s COO and a member of the Executive Leadership Team in London.

    With 20 years in offshore wind, he joined Macquarie in 2021 to lead procurement at Corio.

    Previously, he built Vattenfall’s procurement, securing the first subsidy-free offshore wind bid in 2019. Benoit holds a Master’s in Advanced Computer Science from Manchester and an MBA from Warwick.​

    Advisory Board member Bernard OBE held business and technology leadership roles in BP, including Chief Scientist. 

    He has been a member of the UK Sustainable Development Commission and was Chair of the UK Government's Office of Renewable Energy. He has served on the board of 14 companies and is the author of several books.

    As a member of the Green Angel Investors, he is an Angel Investor into early stage tech companies
